Where we ship
Orders placed through AcuCoreLabs.com currently ship only to eligible addresses in the United States. We do not ship to locations where an order would violate applicable law or carrier restrictions.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $14.00 for orders under $200.00. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200.00 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping. The checkout page shows the shipping charge before payment is submitted.
Processing and delivery
Orders are subject to inventory, purchaser verification, and payment review before shipment. Delivery timing begins after the order is accepted and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, and holidays can affect arrival dates.
Temperature-sensitive deliveries
Follow the storage information supplied with the released lot. Retrieve packages promptly after delivery. Contact us before ordering if your receiving schedule or facility access could delay collection.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
Inspect the shipment when it arrives. Email info@acucorelabs.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping package and affected item. We will review the claim and, when verified, provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Returns and cancellations
Because product integrity and chain of custody cannot be re-established after delivery, research products are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges. Do not mail any item back without written authorization. A cancellation may be requested before fulfillment begins, but it is not guaranteed once an order enters processing.
