How to request a certificate
Email the product name, strength, lot number, order number when applicable, and purchasing organization. We will provide available documentation for the matching released lot; we will not substitute a report from another product or lot.

If documentation is required by your laboratory before procurement, request it before placing the order and wait for confirmation. Product pages do not imply that a third-party report is currently available unless the specific report is published or supplied.
Report integrity
AcuCore Labs does not create or alter laboratory results. When documentation is provided, researchers should verify the product name, lot identifier, testing laboratory, methods, dates, and reported results directly on the report.
